Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and business prospects
- Introduce Humantek’s services clearly and professionally
- Qualify prospects based on interest, need, and fit
- Book appointments or move qualified leads to the next sales stage
- Handle objections confidently and keep conversations productive
- Maintain accurate call notes and lead updates in the system
- Consistently work toward outreach and conversion KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or lead outreach is preferred
- Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in handling rejection and follow-up conversations
- Target-driven, disciplined, and consistent work ethic
- Ability to manage lead pipelines and daily call activity
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional tone
