Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Recruiter (Cleared & Non-Cleared

Positions) to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

sourcing, screening, qualifying, and managing candidates for a wide range of US-based

positions, including both government-cleared and commercial sector roles.

The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring

requirements, identify top talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an

exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for cleared and non-cleared positions across various industries.

● Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and internal databases.

● Recruit candidates holding active US Security Clearances, including Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and Polygraph clearances.

● Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

● Conduct phone screenings and preliminary interviews.

● Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

● Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

● Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

● Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment best practices.

● Track recruitment activities and candidate progress within ATS and CRM systems.

● Meet individual recruiting metrics, placement targets, and turnaround time expectations.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.

Requirements

● 1–3 years of experience in US recruitment.

● Proven experience recruiting for both cleared and non-cleared positions.

● Strong understanding of US Security Clearance levels, including:

● Secret

● Top Secret (TS)

● TS/SCI

● CI Polygraph

● Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)

● Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, ClearanceJobs,

● Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.

● Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

● Availability to work during US business hours.

● Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience recruiting for federal contractors, defense contractors, or government agencies.

● Hands-on experience with ClearanceJobs and cleared candidate sourcing strategies.

● Experience recruiting for IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligence, Healthcare, and Government Contracting roles.

● Familiarity with federal hiring requirements and government contracting environments.

● Knowledge of employment regulations and recruitment best practices in the United States.

● Existing network of cleared professionals is highly preferred.
