Humantek is looking for an AI Automation Expert with 2 years of experience who can design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions for sales, marketing, SEO, and business operations.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a technically strong professional with hands-on experience in building real-world AI solutions, integrating multiple platforms, and delivering scalable systems that solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered workflows using n8n, Make, or similar tools.

Develop AI agents and integrations using OpenAI APIs, LangGraph, or Voiceflow.

Automate sales processes, lead generation, CRM workflows, and customer engagement.

Build AI calling solutions using Vapi, Retell AI, or similar platforms.

Implement AI-powered SEO, content optimization, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) solutions.

Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and business applications.

Test, deploy, maintain, and optimize automation systems.

Troubleshoot integrations and provide ongoing technical support.

Required Skills & Expertise

Proven Experience of 1 to 2 years.

Proven hands-on experience in AI automation and workflow development.

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation logic.

Experience with AI models, prompt engineering, and AI agent development.

Ability to build and deploy production-ready solutions.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience managing live projects and providing post-deployment support.

Preferred Tools & Platforms

Expertise in every tool is not mandatory. Strong proficiency in relevant technologies and a portfolio of successfully delivered projects are more important.
